On December 1, 1993, the Redwoods opened its doors to 38 families. This facility consists of two bedroom, three bedroom, and four bedroom townhouses. The facility has 1 two bedroom unit which is wheelchair accessible; the remainder are all two level units. Each unit is equipped with two appliances, carpets, blinds and hook ups for laundry facilities. All units have a semi private area to plant small flower gardens. On-site is an amenities building which houses coin operated laundry facilities and a social room, available for resident bookings on special occasions. Ample underground secured parking is available at a modest additional fee.
