Shiloh Housing Society retains the position of selecting its tenants from the BC Housing Registry on the basis of need, using a point system implemented by BC Housing. Residents of Shiloh Place must be 45 years of age or registered as a Disabled Person. The Redwoods is a family complex and
applicants must fulfìll the criteria of family. Successful applicants will be required to accept the regulations laid down in the Tenancy Agreement, in the interest and welfare of all tenants.
