Shiloh Place opened July 1, 1991, it is a 42 unit building for seniors and individuals living with disabilities. There are 6 double occupancy, one-bedroom units, 30 single occupancy, one-bedroom units, and 6 accessible single-bedroom units. Each unit has two appliances, carpets, drapes and a balcony or patio. The building contains a coin operated laundry, hobby / craft room, and a large amenity room for social events. There is also a small enclosed garden with individual plots for residents’ use. The building, garden and garage are all secured. Underground parking is available at an additional nominal cost. Spaces are limited and are allocated accordingly.
